At CCX Capital, we provide alternative solutions to selling your commercial properties. We eliminate challenges and unnecessary costs often found within the real estate sales process. We are expert problem solvers handling foreclosures, probates, distressed assets, back taxes, inheritances, vacant properties, liens, problematic tenants, relocations, and more. We work with our seller’s time frame, providing a win-win solution for any particular need.
Our Focus
We target certain geographic areas based on our experience, market knowledge, and relationships within the real estate industry, primarily focusing on Class B and C properties with potential value-add opportunities.
Our Team
Joshua Morse is the Founder of CCX Capital and the Co-founder of LVN Real Estate. He excels at providing asset solutions and oversees operations. He has been involved in over 400 transactions, including fix and flips, wholesales, and long-term investments. Joshua is passionate about real estate and is a serial entrepreneur. On a personal note, Joshua enjoys travel, food, cars, and UFC/MMA.
Charlie Cummings is the Director of Acquisitions and has a background in transportation planning and development. Charlie serves as a commercial real estate broker assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate for over 15 years, as well as serving as an advisor and mentor. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys cooking, hiking, public speaking, traveling, and spending time with his wife Andrea, and their dog Noah.
Zylan Park is the Director of Operations and Project Coordinator for CCX Capital. Driven by his passion for creating meaningful relationships, he takes pride in facilitating and improving quality, cutting costs, and providing the best customer service experience possible for our clients. With a background in Project Management and Corporate Operations, Zylan excels at leveraging relationships to accomplish the business’s short-term and long-term objectives. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Traveling and trying the newest restaurants. He is also a car and off-road enthusiast.
